Inspection of the property is performed daily to ensure that the condition and security of the property is maintained. The contractorÕs work is reviewed daily with
GAPM ensured the enforcement of all municipal by-laws, rules and regulations and instructed legal action when and where necessary. All requests, complaints, suggestions or questions from contractors, neighbourÕs, municipal representatives, solicitors, realtors are reviewed and expeditiously acted upon.
To negotiate all contractual preventative maintenance and repair along with other service contracts. To meet and obtain quotations for the Maintenance and repairs to "a" property as well as to supervise the daily contracted work performed by the outside trades.
Handle all after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
